Did you recently lose a loved one?
First of all, my condolences to you and your family. Secondly, I'm not going to say I know exactly how you feel because I don't. What I am going to say is I've been there; am there.
Grief isn't the same for everyone. It can leave you in a mess that you don't think you'll ever get through. That's why I have designed this journal: to help you work through it your way.
I'm not a trained expert in grief, but I am working through the loss of my husband...which makes me knowledgeable. I know how hard it is to get through each day after a loss, and trying to remember what needs to be done isn't easy.
I suggest getting a 3-ring binder you can dedicate to this journal and printing the front and back pages on cardstock. You can print as many extra pages as needed. I know some you may not need more of, but others you will. Each section has a rose-themed outline which you may colour or leave black and white. Sometimes colouring in itself can soothe the soul.
This is an extended version of my Grief Journey Digital Notebook (which is 90+ pages), created for those who prefer pen and paper. Each section has some guidance from me, plus shares a little of my story. Both versions have the same sections; this version is simply modified for printing.

With over 200 pages to write on, you will gradually find your way to move forward. It's not something that will happen in a week, a month, or even a year. We all grieve differently, and we all have to ultimately do what's best for us. My wish is my experience will help you through your Grief Journey.
